Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Business and Economics teacher looking for a new opportunity? We are seeking a passionate and dynamic educator to join our vibrant secondary school in Colchester, delivering high-quality teaching to A-Level students.

About the Role:
· Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons in A-Level Business and Economics.
· Develop students understanding and passion for the subjects, preparing them for academic success and future careers.
· Create a supportive and stimulating learning environment that fosters student progress.
· Assess, monitor, and report on student performance to drive achievement.
· Contribute to the wider school community and participate in extracurricular activities.

About You:
· Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with a relevant degree.
· Experience teaching A-Level Business and/or Economics (or a strong knowledge of the subject with a willingness to develop expertise).
· A commitment to high standards of teaching and learning.
· Excellent communication and organisational skills.
· A passion for education and inspiring young minds.
