The Role

As a Supply Teacher, you’ll step into classrooms with confidence, delivering engaging lessons, maintaining positive learning environments, and ensuring pupils continue to thrive in the absence of their regular teacher.

We have opportunities available across a variety of year groups and subjects, with placements tailored to your experience, preferences, and availability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-planned lessons and learning activities
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively and positively
• Adapt quickly to different school environments
• Foster an inclusive and supportive learning atmosphere
• Ensure students remain engaged and on track with their learning
• Follow school policies and safeguarding procedures at all times

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification
• Experience teaching within UK schools
• Strong classroom management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A flexible, professional and proactive approach
• A genuine passion for education and supporting young people
