Prospero Teaching are supporting a large SEND trust in East Manchester, M18 area. The school are looking to appoint a teacher to be join their teaching team.

The site is based in Gorton (M18) and is easily accessed by road and public transport links and offers free parking on site.

If you are a Qualified Teacher who has experience of working with profound multiple learning difficulties (PMLD) or severe learning difficulties (SLD) who have taught learners with additional needs. Our, if you have teaching experience in an SEND setting this could be the role for you.

The role is to start September 2022, and will run until the end of the academic year, with a view to extending the contract.

The school are looking to appoint an enthusiastic PMLD/SLD teacher who will join a highly committed team.

The students are 11-16 age group and have profound and multiple learning difficulties, previous experience teaching plevels and teaching students with severe additional needs is essential.

We require a teacher with a passion for learning and the ability to grow, nurture and expand their thirst for learning.

The ideal candidate:

• Qualified Teacher (QTS or evivilant)
• Experience of teaching those with severe additional needs
• Driven, energetic and keen to succeed
• Kind, compassionate and professional at all times
