SEN Teaching Assistants – South East London

Prospero Teaching is looking for SEN Teaching Assistants to work in Southwark, Lewisham, Croydon and Bromley.

Acting as a work-finding service, we open doors for graduates and experienced school staff considering a more creative career in a range of Primary, Secondary and SEND Schools; from small village schools to large secondary schools. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to assist & support all classes from Reception through to KS5; depending on your preference of which year group they’d like to support. Prospero Teaching have a range of schools in London looking for SEN Teaching Assistants to act as academic mentors and teaching assistants.

Location: South East London, Various Locations Position: SEN Teaching Assistants Type of Work: SEN Teaching Assistant , Day to day & long-term assignments available in various primary schools as Behaviour Support Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, ADHD, SEN, Special Educational Needs Assistants Start date: ASAP Duration:

Day to day bookings & long-term assignments available in various London schools End date: N/A

Contract Type: temporary Full time/ Part time: full time ideally Minimum rate of pay: £70 Per day Hours: 08:30 – 4pm/5pm Full day

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

Previous experience working in a UK school Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (desirable however not essential)

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

Hold Right to Work in the UK Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application Provide two recent professional references
