Position: 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant
Type of Work: Classroom support, manual handling, personal care

Duration: Long-term with potential to extend
End date: July 2022
Contract Type: Long-Term
Full time/ Part time: Full Time
The minimum rate of pay: £70 Per day
Hours: 08:30 – 3:30pm

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
*Previous experience working in a UK school.

*Previous experience working in Special Educational Needs is a must, the school will not accept candidates who don’t have this experience.

*Teaching Assistant Qualification or equivalent.

*Safeguarding done in the last 12 months is imperative (Prospero offer a free online safeguarding course).

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
*Hold Right to Work in the UK.
*Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application at a cost of £46.
*Provide two professional/child-related references.
