The Role – SEN Teaching Assistant

You will support pupils throughout the school day, helping them engage with lessons, develop confidence, and make progress towards individual learning goals.

The role will involve delivering interventions, supporting behaviour management strategies, and working collaboratively with teaching staff to provide a positive educational experience.

You will use EHCPs to inform your practice as an SEN Teaching Assistant, helping to identify barriers to learning and implement strategies that enable pupils to achieve their potential.
