Contract: Full-Time | Term Time Only
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

We are looking for a caring and motivated SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional learning needs in a welcoming school in Ossett.

The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to provide tailored classroom support, promote pupil engagement, and help create a positive learning environment. This role involves both 1-1 and group support for pupils with ASD and SEMH.

Requirements:
Experience working with children with SEN is essential
Patient, supportive, and enthusiastic approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
