Rewarding SEN Teacher role within a specialist resource provision supporting pupils with ASD and EHCPs working at KS2 level, creating an engaging, inclusive and structured learning environment.
This is a high‑performing mainstream secondary school with a dedicated resource provision supporting pupils with a range of additional needs. The school promotes inclusion, strong pastoral care and personalised learning pathways. You will be based within the school’s specialist resource provision, teaching small groups of students with ASD who typically work at KS2 level and have EHCPs. You will deliver engaging lessons, adapt curriculum materials, and provide structure, routine and clear communication for learners. You will work closely with support staff, therapists and the SEN leadership team to ensure every pupil makes progress socially, emotionally and academically.
