A specialist SEMH school in Blackburn is seeking an enthusiastic SEMH Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 11-16. This is a challenging role that requires resilience, empathy and patience. The Role – SEMH Teaching Assistant

You will provide targeted support through 1:1 mentoring, behaviour interventions, and classroom assistance, helping pupils develop emotional regulation and positive learning behaviours.

You will become a consistent and supportive presence in the lives of young people who benefit from clear boundaries and positive role models.
