An established and high-achieving secondary school in the Bury area is seeking to recruit a committed and dynamic English Teacher to join their department from September 2026.
The school promotes a culture of academic excellence alongside strong pastoral care, ensuring pupils are supported to succeed both academically and personally. Staff benefit from a collaborative working environment and clear leadership support.
The successful candidate will teach English Language and Literature across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the opportunity to teach Key Stage 5 for suitably experienced applicants. You will be responsible for engaging students with a broad and stimulating curriculum that develops literacy, analytical thinking, and a lifelong appreciation of literature.
