Qualified Teachers

Prospero Teaching is currently seeking Qualified Teachers (QTS) and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who are looking for new opportunities in the Winchester area for the upcoming academic year.

We are working with a variety of primary schools, secondary schools, and specialist SEN provisions that are recruiting teaching staff for September starts across a range of subjects and key stages. • Follow safeguarding and school policies consistently

Ideal Candidate:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or is an ECT
• Strong subject knowledge or understanding of the primary curriculum
• Passionate about supporting pupil progress and achievement
• Effective classroom management skills
• Strong communication and organisational abilities
• Adaptable and committed to delivering high‑quality teaching
• Open to opportunities across a range of school settings

Contract Details:

• Position: Qualified Teacher (QTS) / ECT
• Location: Winchester
• Start Date: September
• Working Pattern: Full‑time
• Pay Rate: £32,916 – £51,047 per annum (M1-U3)
• Key Stages: Primary, Secondary & SEN

Experience, Training & Safeguarding:

• QTS required (or working towards completion as an ECT)
• Relevant teaching experience or placements welcomed
• Safeguarding training can be provided
