Prospero Teaching is currently seeking Qualified Teachers (QTS) and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who are looking for new opportunities in the Southampton area for the upcoming academic year.

We are working with a range of primary schools, secondary schools, and specialist SEN provisions that are recruiting teachers across a variety of subjects, key stages, and settings for September starts. Ideal Candidate:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or is an ECT
• Strong subject knowledge or understanding of the primary curriculum
• Passionate about supporting pupil achievement and development
• Effective classroom management skills
• Strong communication and organisational abilities
• Flexible and open to new opportunities
• Committed to delivering high‑quality teaching and learning

Contract Details:

• Position: Qualified Teacher (QTS) / ECT
• Location: Southampton
• Start Date: September
• Working Pattern: Full‑time
• Pay Rate: £32,916 – £51,047 per annum (M1-U3)
• Key Stages: Primary, Secondary & SEN

Experience, Training & Safeguarding:

• QTS required (or working towards completion as an ECT)
• Relevant teaching experience or placements welcomed
• Safeguarding training can be provided
