About the role:
You will plan and deliver physics lessons across KS3 and KS4, assess progress, support learners of all abilities and contribute to the wider science team. You will create a positive learning environment and maintain strong subject knowledge.

• Deliver high quality physics lessons
• Plan, assess and track student progress
• Support learners with varying levels of ability
• Maintain strong behaviour management
• Contribute to departmental planning and development
• Promote engagement, curiosity and scientific thinking

Requirements –
The ideal candidate would have:

• Qualified Teacher Status or relevant teaching qualification
• Strong subject knowledge in physics
• Experience teaching KS3 and KS4
• Effective classroom and behaviour management skills
• Ability to differentiate and support mixed ability groups
• Commitment to safeguarding and high professional standards
