A popular school located in Barnet, North London is interested in securing a Modern Foreign Languages teacher starting this September 2021. The ideal Modern Foreign Languages teacher will be qualified, have a degree related to French and Spanish, and knowledge of the National Curriculum.

The school is interested in appointing a Modern Foreign Languages teacher to join a thriving and dynamic department in September 2021. The ideal Modern Foreign Languages teacher would be joining a small but well-resourced department and be required to deliver lessons to GCSE and A’level.

The ideal Languages teacher will be joining a strong department of 5 staff, a Head of Dept, and 4 qualified teachers. The languages dept offers French, Spanish, and German.

• Modern Foreign Languages taught at Key Stage 3, Key Stage 4, and Key stage 5 if you want to teach KS5

• This is a full-time position including planning and marking

The right Modern Foreign Languages specialist will be:
• Hold a BA and PGCE in Modern Foreign Languages
• Confident with teaching GCSE
• Creative, patient, and willing to think outside of the box

The successful Modern Foreign Languages teacher will have the following:
•Exceptional degree and GCSEs
•UK classroom teaching experience
•Eligibility to work in the UK
•Be able to provide teaching references for the last 2 years
•A fully enhanced DBS on the online update service
•Salary paid to scale – teachers’ pay scale MPS or UPS1 dependent on experience
