Prospero Teaching are looking for a Maths Teacher to start in SEPTEMBER 2022. This is to work in a mainstream secondary school in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire.

ABOUT THE SCHOOL AND MATH’S TEACHING ROLE:

• We are looking for a Math’s Teacher to start in September in a secondary school in the Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire.
• You will be focusing on teaching KS3 and KS4 students
• The Maths department and SLT are experienced and supportive with specialists in all areas.
• Full time (5 days a week) teaching position including planning and marking.

ABOUT THE SUCCESSFUL MATH’S TEACHER:

• Hold QTS or QTLS.
• Hold a relevant Math’s related degree.
• Overseas trained teachers are welcome and encouraged to apply
• The school are able to sponsor overseas trained teachers
• Experience teaching in the UK is desirable but not essential.
• You will have excellent classroom and behaviour management.
• You will be proactive and innovative with the ability to engage students in different ways.

CONTRACT DETAILS FOR THE MATH’S TEACHER POSITION:

• Location – Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire
• Position – Full Time Math’s Teacher or NQT
• Type of work – Math’s teaching in a secondary school
• Start date – SEPTEMBER 2022
• Contract type – long term supply
• Duration / Likely Duration – 1 term with the potential for extension
• Full time/part time – Full time (5 days)
• Minimum rate of pay – £150 per day for qualified teachers

• Excellent communication skills – the school encourages good communication with Parents/Carers.
