Mathematics Graduate

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Mathematic Graduate Teaching Assistants to support secondary school students in a school based in Hackney East London.

The school is looking for graduates who wish to pursue teacher training in 2027 – 2028 as their trust offers this. This will be a direct route to teacher training!

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in delivering Mathematics lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, 5.
Support individual students or small groups with classwork and revision
Work with students with additional learning needs, including SEN and EAL
Foster a positive, inclusive, and curious learning environment

Ideal Candidate:
A recent graduate in a Mathematics-related subject
Strong communication skills and a confident, enthusiastic attitude
A genuine interest in education or youth work
Patience, adaptability, and a proactive approach to supporting learning
Prior experience working with young people (preferred but not essential)
