The Role

We are looking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant to join a supportive school in the BL9 postcode from September. This long-term opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with pupils who need additional help to access learning and thrive in a classroom setting.

Key Focus of the Role

• Providing targeted support to pupils who require additional learning assistance
• Working alongside teaching staff to adapt lessons and resources
• Supporting students academically, socially, and emotionally
• Encouraging positive behaviour, engagement, and independence
• Helping create a calm, inclusive, and supportive learning environment

Who We’re Hoping to Hear From

• Candidates with experience in a school or educational setting
• Individuals who are patient, dependable, and proactive
• Strong communicators who enjoy working as part of a team
• Experience supporting SEN is beneficial but not essential
• A genuine interest in helping young people succeed
