Our school is easily accessible from motorway networks and public transport links. Our school has a good reputation in the local area. We have worked with this school for almost 15 years and staff love picking up supply work for them.

This position is five days a week, full time, from September until December 2021.

CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS

• Position – Resistant Materials Teacher (KS3/4)

• Minimum rate of pay – paid to scale (minimum day rate £120)
• Hours – 8:30 am – 3:30pm

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree educated with a good classification
• Secondary QTS (PGCE, SCITT, B.Ed, QTS, etc) in Resistant Materials
• Machine safety qualifications essential (DATA)
• Previous experience working of working with young people (which we can reference)
• Experience of teaching in a Secondary School (which we can reference)
• Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (desirable however not essential)

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

• Hold Right to Work in the UK
• Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
• Provide two professional child related references
