KS1 Teacher – South Manchester

We are working in partnership with schools in South Manchester that are seeking dedicated KS1 Teachers to join their team from September 2026.

Teaching in South Manchester offers the opportunity to work within diverse and vibrant communities where education can have a significant and lasting impact. South Manchester schools serve children from a wide range of backgrounds, including those with additional learning needs and varying levels of socio-economic disadvantage. We are looking for dedicated professionals who are passionate about inclusion, committed to high expectations, and eager to help every child achieve their full potential in a supportive and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver creative and engaging lessons aligned with the Primary curriculum
• Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment
• Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching approaches to meet individual needs
• Promote positive behaviour through consistent and nurturing strategies
• Contribute to school-wide activities and community life

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Demonstrate a passion for teaching in KS1
• Have strong behaviour management skills
• Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
• Thrive within a collaborative team environment

Requirements:

• Right to work in the UK
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
• References covering the last 24 months
