KS1 Teacher

KS1 Teacher – Prestwich (M25 Area)
Start Date: September 2026
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £160-£220 per day

We are working in partnership with a welcoming and community-focused primary school in Prestwich that is seeking a dedicated KS1/Early Years Teacher to join their team from January 2026.

This school prides itself on fostering a nurturing and engaging learning environment where children are encouraged to develop confidence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning. Staff work collaboratively to create meaningful experiences that support both academic and personal development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver creative and engaging lessons aligned with the Primary curriculum
• Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment
• Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching approaches to meet individual needs
• Promote positive behaviour through consistent and nurturing strategies
• Contribute to school-wide activities and initiatives

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Demonstrate a passion for KS1/Early Years education
• Have strong behaviour management skills
• Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
• Thrive within a collaborative team environment

Requirements:

• Right to work in the UK
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
• Two professional references relating to children
