ICT Teaching Assistant Required- High Peak

We are specifically working with a Specialist Provision on the Stockport/Derbyshire Border, who are looking to recruit an ICT Teaching Assistant. You will be assisting students throughout Practical lessons while working with students on a one to one basis and also in small groups.

CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS:

• Location – High Peak
• Position – ICT Teaching Assistant
• Type of work – Teaching Support in ICT lessons
• Start date – ASAP
• Duration / Likely Duration – Ongoing
• End date (if applicable) – July 2022
• Contract type – Temporary
• Full time/part time – Full-Time
• Minimum rate of pay – £80-100 per day
• Hours – 8:30 am – 4:30pm

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Qualification in Computing/ICT or equivalent.
• Previous experience of working with young people with complex needs voluntary or paid.
• Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (desirable however not essential).

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

• Hold Right to Work in the UK
• Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application at a cost of £45.80
• Provide two professional child related references
