Geography Teacher – South East London

Prospero Teaching are looking for an Geography Teacher to start immediately on a permanent basis. This is to work in a mainstream secondary school in the Borough of Bexley.

About the school and contract:

We are looking for a Geography Teacher to start in a secondary school in the Borough of Bexley
You will be focusing on teaching KS3 & KS4 students.
You will have LSAs to support you.
5 days a week
About the successful Geography Teacher:

Previous experience teaching Geography to KS3 & 4 students in the UK.
Hold a relevant related degree.
You should ideally hold a teaching qualification (QTS or QTLS preferred) or equivalent.
You will have excellent classroom and behaviour management.
You will be proactive and innovative with the ability to engage students in different ways.

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

Hold Right to Work in the UK
Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
Provide two professional references
