Geography Teacher West London September 2026 Start

A secondary school in West London is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Geography Teacher to join their successful Humanities department from September 2026. The successful candidate will be passionate about Geography and capable of delivering engaging lessons across Key Stages 3-5, including GCSE and A-Level Geography.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated teacher to contribute to a supportive and ambitious school environment with strong professional development opportunities.

Position Details

  • Location: West London
  • Position: Geography Teacher
  • Start Date: September 2026
  • Contract Type: Full-time / Permanent or Long-Term
  • Salary: MPS/UPS (dependent on experience)
  • Working Hours: 8:00am 4:00pm

The Successful Candidate Will:

  • Hold QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
  • Have experience teaching Geography at KS3KS5
  • Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and a passion for Geography
  • Be confident teaching GCSE and A-Level Geography
  • Create engaging and inclusive lessons that inspire student progress
  • Maintain high standards of classroom management and behaviour

Essential Requirements:

  • Right to Work in the UK
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Two recent professional references related to working with children
  • Up-to-date safeguarding training
