EYFS Teacher Wythenshawe

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teacher to join a welcoming school community Wythenshawe.

This nurturing community primary school operates on a one-form entry structure and is situated in a significantly deprived area supporting a high proportion of disadvantaged children.

This is an exciting opportunity for a warm, welcoming and supportive teacher who can inspire children to develop a love of learning and support them through their education journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning in line with the EYFS framework

Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment

Support children’s social, emotional, and academic development

Assess progress and maintain accurate records of learning

Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

Experience teaching in an EYFS setting

Experience teaching Little Wandle Phonics Scheme (desirable)

Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum

ECTs are encouraged to apply
