We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Southwark from September. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about supporting young children during the crucial early stages of their education.

Key Responsibilities
Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and creative learning activities.
Work with individual pupils and small groups to support learning and development.
Help create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
Support children’s social, emotional, and communication development.
Assist with observations, assessments, and learning records.
Promote positive behaviour and wellbeing throughout the school day.
Support children with additional needs where required.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Experience working with children in an EYFS setting.
A good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A patient, nurturing, and positive approach.
The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential.
