Design technology technician

Design technology technician – Oldham – ASAP

Prospero Teaching are looking for a Design Technology Technician to work part time in a secondary school in Oldham to work in the resistant materials department to start as soon as possible for the rest of the current academic year.

The role requires a sound knowledge of design technology, ideally with resistant materials and be able to identify and prepare any necessary equipment for practical lessons.

CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS

Location – Oldham

Position – Design Technology Technician

Start date – ASAP

End date – July 2023

Part time

Minimum rate of pay – £90 per day

Hours – 8:30 am – 3.30 pm

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

Previous experience working in a UK school as a technician or similar role

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

Hold Right to Work in the UK

Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application

Provide a minimum of two professional references
