Prospero Teaching is looking for a Design Technology teacher for an Ofsted ‘Outstanding” Secondary school in Watford starting SEPTEMBER 2022

The Design Technology teacher job starts in SEPTEMBER 2022 and the ideal Design Technology teacher would be enthusiastic, committed, and creative Design Technology teacher within their very successful creative Design and Technology Department.

DESIGN TECHNOLOGY TEACHER JOB:

 The position is open to both Design Technology teacher NQT’s and experienced Design Technology teacher teachers. The Good school are seeking a teacher on a permanent basis starting in September 2019.

DESIGN TECHNOLOGY TEACHER EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, AND QUALIFICATIONS:

QTS or equivalent

PGCE

Design Technology / Product Design related degree – Design Technology related degree

Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year  (we can provide you with this training)

THE DESIGN TECHNOLOGY TEACHER WILL USE:

Drills, Glue Guns, Saws, Wood Cutters, Laser Cutters, Cutter Plotters, Machinery, Finishing Tools, Metal and Woodwork Machinery, Plastics Forming Equipment

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS DESIGN TECHNOLOGY  TEACHING JOB THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

Hold Right to Work in the UK
Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
Provide two professional child related references
