Are you passionate about supporting young people with additional needs? We are currently recruiting Cover Supervisors to work across Special Educational Needs (SEN) schools in the Ipswich area.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are confident leading a classroom and want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students with diverse learning needs.

The Role:

· Supervising classes in the absence of the teacher
· Delivering pre-set lesson plans and maintaining engagement
· Supporting students with a range of SEN, including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH
· Managing classroom behaviour in a calm and supportive manner
· Encouraging a positive and inclusive learning environment

What Were Looking For:

· Experience working with children or young people (education, care, or youth work)
· Strong classroom management skills
· Confidence in leading groups independently
· A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach
· A genuine interest in supporting students with Special Educational Needs
