About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable, enthusiastic, and professional Cover Supervisor to join our team of dedicated staff in Radcliffe schools. This role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting young people, maintaining high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring lessons run smoothly and students remain on task.
• Deliver lesson instructions according to teacher-provided plans, providing clarification and support where needed.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively, promoting a positive and respectful learning environment.
• Monitor student progress and engagement, providing feedback to teaching staff as required.
• Record attendance and report any concerns regarding behaviour, welfare, or safeguarding.
• Support students with diverse learning needs, promoting inclusion and engagement.
• Assist with examination invigilation, form supervision, and other school duties as required.
• Maintain professional relationships with students, staff, and parents, acting as a positive role model.
