About the Role:
This exciting opportunity is for an experienced Class SEND Teacher who will deliver high-quality teaching and tailored support to students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. You will play a key role in creating personalised learning plans, adapting the curriculum and fostering an inclusive classroom where every student can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, deliver and assess engaging lessons tailored to the needs of SEND students
• Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and support strategies
• Collaborate closely with SENDCo, support staff and parents
• Monitor progress and provide constructive feedback to students and families
• Promote positive behaviour and social development within the classroom and beyond

Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified teacher status with experience in SEND education
• Strong understanding of SEND legislation, needs, and differentiation strategies
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Passionate about inclusive education and student empowerment
• Resilient, adaptable and committed to continuous professional growth
