About Us
We collaborate with local authorities across London to provide high-quality Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) tuition for children who need extra support. Many of our students have autism or other special educational needs (SEN), and they thrive with personalized and consistent approaches to learning. Your expertise will play a key role in helping them achieve their developmental and academic goals.

The Role
As an ABA Tutor, you will:

  • Use ABA strategies to deliver one-to-one, tailored lessons for children with SEN.
  • Support the development of essential skills such as communication, social interaction, and positive behaviors.
  • Work closely with families, carers, and professionals to provide consistent and cohesive learning.
  • Track and record progress, adapting teaching methods to meet the individual needs of each child.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated Learning Delivery Manager to receive guidance and support.

What We’re Looking For
Required:

  • A minimum of 1 year of teaching or tutoring experience.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Willingness to undertake an enhanced DBS check (or hold a valid enhanced DBS certificate).

Desired:

  • Experience working with children with autism or SEN.
  • Familiarity with ABA techniques (training opportunities available).
  • A teaching qualification or equivalent experience in education.

Contract Type

  • Temporary, with flexible hours tailored to your availability.
