Teachers from New Zealand

Kia ora, haere mai!

Are you a qualified New Zealand Teacher or Teaching Assistant looking for work?

Have you considered coming to teach in the UK where there’s a shortage of teachers? Prospero Teaching can offer guaranteed work supply contracts as well as a full relocation package – assistance with accommodation, relocation payment and much more!

Working in UK classrooms will enhance your CV, enrich your life and give you invaluable professional experience.

We have teaching, and teaching assistant, jobs in Primary, Secondary, Special Educational Needs and Further Education Colleges. New Qualified Teachers looking to complete their full NZ Teacher registration are welcome; the New Zealand Education Council will allow one year of your registration to be completed overseas.

Prospero has an abundance of teaching jobs in London and throughout the UK. Many of us at Prospero are teachers ourselves and understand your passion for educating young people is what drives you. However, we also understand that in today’s economic climate every penny counts and believe you deserve to be rewarded for the excellent job you do, so we offer fantastic pay.

What is a Guaranteed Paid Supply Teaching Contract?

Here at Prospero Teaching we are able to offer a select number of guaranteed paid supply teaching contracts to our overseas teachers.  Supply teaching is also known as ‘casual relief teaching’ back in NZ. As we have an abundance of supply teaching available, we are able to provide contracts (during the school terms) which guarantee candidates 5 days work per week! As a guaranteed paid teacher, if you don’t receive a booking you will still get paid – conditions apply.
