They are very professional whilst dealing with our request and are always minimising problems that occur on a day to day basis for them due to sickness etc. The agency has taken time to get to know us as a school and have involved themselves with all our out of school activities. As we are a very large Primary School they have understood the complexities of our systems and structures and have matched our needs to adaptable, highly trained, enthusiastic and motivated teachers.

“We have been working with Prospero for two years and have been delighted with the service they have provided. Our school roll is 350; 60% of the pupils are EA~, 50% FSM and 26% special needs; as you can imagine no one day is ever the same! The agency makes every effort to get to know the school personally and to understand the particular skill set needed to work in our school.
