This is an excellent SEN school in South West London with a passion for Inclusive Education is looking for 3X Creative BSL SEN Teaching Assistants to join their motivated and conscientious team.

Do you have qualification of British Sign Language level 2 or above?

Would you like to broaden your experience working with children with Visual impairments?


This is an outstanding school for students with Visual Impairments, MLD and PMLD. The school has 141 students from the ages of 2-19.
This SEN Teaching Assistant role will see you join a creative department where innovation and originality are strongly encouraged, as such it is hoped that you can bring your own imaginative style of teaching to the team. This SEN Teaching Assistant role will see you develop into an outstanding SEN practitioner as you enhance your ability to become aware of needs. In this post, you will be giving your SEN students the academic support they need to thrive in their studies. Day-to-day, you will be helping the teacher make decisions about individual pupils as you offer your feedback on the strengths and weaknesses on various strategies and activities.
For this SEN Teaching Assistant role, you would require British Sign Language Qualification Level 2 or above. Your portfolio will include an unflappable nature where you can approach challenges effectively and a kind, considerate approach. You will can show passion of your subject and show desire when supporting SEN pupils.
